Conducting training program involves four stages:
Step 1 – Analysis of training needs
Interviews with participants proposed for training program, their direct bosses and people in company management
Step 2 – Adjust program to identified needs
Setting formal and informal goals for the training with company management / chiefs of direct participants
Step 3 – Implementation of training
Providing proper training in the principles of adult learning and non-formal education
Step 4 – Impact assessment program
A final report is presented to company management
