Invest in people!

The project idea started from the need to align with European legislation , which requires that every person exercising an occupation and can prove that they are able to exercise . Acquiring these skills can be done by ” formal ” means and the schools accredited by the Ministry of Education, Research , Youth and Sport or training / specialization / training accredited NATB (National Council for Adult Vocational Training ), which attest, the degrees conferred , a person’s right to pursue a particular occupation . For people who possess the skills necessary for occupations, but have acquired these skills in other ways than the ” formal ” and who do not have diplomas certifying them these skills , there is the possibility of participating in an evaluation of professional competencies within a Professional Competence Assessment Centre accredited CNFPA . Following assessment , participants receive certificates attesting that possess CNFPA respective competencies and therefore can exercise the respective occupation .
In Romania there are many people who practice without the diploma occupations that allow them this, a good part of them acting mostly in – trade services .

The project has two main objectives, namely:

• training of 56 persons (4 groups) for the occupation Trade worker, through the course of skill level I, Trade worker.The course is accredited CNFPA lasts for 360 hours (120 hours theory and 240 hours practice) and will be held at beneficiaries who want to train their employees to occupation “Trade worker”.
• evaluation by the Centre for Professional Competency Assessment accredited CNFPA 550 people in the services-trade

CNFPA diplomas obtained after participating in that course after evaluation , with the heading of MMFPS and the MECTS are recognized nationally and internationally.
All activities in the project are co-financed from the European Social Fund through the Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013 “Invest in people” , which means you will not be charged any payment for evaluation and training of participants or firms employer .
18-month project is being conducted between July 1, 2010 and 31 December 2011, is a multi-regional strategic project , the target group is selected from Bihor, Maramures , Cluj . Maramures Prahova , Sibiu and Bucharest .
One of the principles underlying the project is that of equal opportunities , courses and assessments can attend any person, regardless of age , sex or ethnicity, but that qualifies for entry into the target group , have permanent address or floating in any of the seven counties and is employed by a company operating in the service-trade as a trade worker, commercial worker,  sales agent or sales director.
