The overall objective  is sustainable development of human capital in SC FARMEC SA, promoting lifelong learning in order to support a higher quality of services and increase competitiveness on the labor market work in the context of promoting economic and social potential growth development of the North West region and combating low adaptability of the workforce
Specific objectives:

  1. Training towards developing selling skills (19 people)
  2. Training in terms of developing leadership skills sales teams (6 people)
  3. Specialization in the sense of acquiring knowledge and skills training to a group of foremen and section heads who will become trainers / counselors training for other employees of the company in the Charm Training Center (14 people)
  4. Criteria for performance evaluation specialists TESA (128 people)
  5. Information and awareness of all its employees the training program initiated by the company through two internal magazine numbers

The target group consists of 167 people.

The project was successfully implemented and reaching 100% objectives.

The overall objective is to increase specialization and training of employees in the ISDC ROMANIA SRL to increase productivity at work, increasing the competitiveness of the labor market in the area of ​​activity of the company and that the quality of services at the ISDC ROMANIA SRL European standards .
Specific objectives:

  1. Computer skills development specialists, human resource base of society through specialized training, while providing updated information support. Developing the skills of English and Dutch for bringing them to the level required by customers and society in accordance with the organization’s culture.
  2. Training of trainers. In order to ensure the continuity of the long-term activity of the training carried out in society.
  3. Developing managerial skills. To increase the quality of the management company.
  4. Accreditation of language courses and computer courses. For accreditation CNFPA with national recognition.

The target group consists of 132 people, 16 trainers, 15 managers, 52 developers (programmers) and 49 new employees .

The project was successfully implemented and reaching 100% objectives.

The overall objective  is sustainable development of human capital in the Macromex, promoting lifelong learning in order to support a higher quality of service and increased competitiveness on the labor market work in the context of promoting economic growth and social potential of the region Bucharest Ilfov development and combating low adaptability of the workforce.
Specific objectives :

  1. Developing personal and professional skills to a group of 41 managers at all levels in order to improve business competitiveness and market growth of labor force.
  2. Implementation of promotion -based mentoring , training and encouraging continuous improvement and foster a sense of responsibility of employees Macromex .
  3. Develop internal training mechanism addressed the employees of the sales department of Macromex .
  4. Accreditation of a course in ” Sales” , specializing in the distribution of chilled and frozen foods .
  5. Information and awareness of all its employees the training program initiated by the company and the implementation of a promotion -based mentoring through two internal newsletters , during the six months

The target group consists of 51 managers and 15 employees in the sales department.
